 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 

Carbondale - The City of Carbondale Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing adult, Belinda Wicks, 60 of Herrin, IL. Wicks was last seen on 03-29-2023 in the 400 block of West Jackson Street in Carbondale and was reported missing on 03-31-23.  Wicks is described as 5’00” tall, weighing 275 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. Wicks may be wearing a white hooded sweatshirt. Wicks’ direction of travel is unknown.  Wicks suffers from a condition that places her in danger. The investigation is currently active and ongoing.  Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Wicks should contact the Carbondale Police Department at 618-457-3200.
