[ARCHIVED] Missing/Runaway Juvenile Investigation

The City of Carbondale Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing person reported on 12-08-21, Kashaad D. Johnson, age 14, of Carbondale.  Kashaad, pictured below, was last seen on 12-07-2021 at about 6:00 p.m. in the 400 block of East Chestnut Street in Carbondale.  Kashaad is described as 5’07” tall, weighing 180 pounds, black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black jeans.  Kashaad is believed to frequent the Tatum Heights area and the 700 block of South Lewis Lane in Carbondale.  Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Johnson should contact the Carbondale Police Department at 618-457-3200. The investigation is ongoing and active.
