[ARCHIVED] Reckless Discharge of Firearm

On 12-07-21 at approximately 6:35 p.m., officers of the City of Carbondale Police Department responded to the 600 block of North Robert A. Stalls Street in reference to a report of shots fired.   Officers learned an unknown suspect fired shots in the area causing damage to a residence.  The suspect was seen leaving the area in a black Jeep.  No injuries were reported in relation to this call.  The investigation is currently active and ongoing.  Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to contact the City of Carbondale Police Department at (618) 549-2121.
