On 08-12-21 at 11:18 p.m., City of Carbondale Police Department officers responded to the reports of gunfire in the 400 block of W. College. Officers learned unknown suspects fired multiple gunshots in the area causing damage to an apartment building and a parked vehicle. No injuries were reported. The investigation into this incident is active and ongoing.
