Missing Habitual Runaway Juvenile Investigation

The City of Carbondale Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, Zachary Hook age 16.  Hook, pictured below, is described as 5’07” tall, weighing 190 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.  Hook was last seen at about 9:05 p.m. on 03-29-2021 in the 2500 block of East Walnut Street in Carbondale wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.  Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Hook should contact the Carbondale Police Department at 618-457-3200. The investigation into whereabouts Hook is ongoing and active.
