[ARCHIVED] Missing Juvenile Recovered

On 01-28-21 at 3:50 pm, City of Carbondale police officers successfully recovered missing juvenile, Haley Monaco, age 15, of St. Clair County. She was found to be safe and in good health.   We thank the community for your assistance with this investigation.

Missing Person Investigation - Habitual Runaway

The City of Carbondale Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing person reported on 01-26-21, Haley M. Monaco, age 15, of St. Clair County, Illinois.  Monaco, pictured below, is described as 5’04” tall, weighing 140 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.  Monaco has a tattoo of a picture of birds on her left shoulder.  Monaco hasn’t been seen by her parents for the last several months but is believed to be in the Carbondale region to include Makanda and Murphysboro.  Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Monaco should contact the Carbondale Police Department at 618-457-3200. The investigation is ongoing and active.
