The City of Carbondale Police Department is investigating a missing person case. Rosalyn Yates, a 37 year old black female, was last contacted by family members on Sunday, December 13th, 2020. It is unknown where Yates may have gone or what clothing she was wearing when she left her residence. The Carbondale Police are asking for assistance from the community to locate her.
