[ARCHIVED] Missing Runaway Juvenile Investigation

On 12-20-2020 at 2:14 p.m., officers of the City of Carbondale Police Department responded to a residence in the 2000 block of West Gray Drive in reference to a report of a missing runaway juvenile.  Officers learned Devante D. Agnew, 16 years old, was last seen standing next to suitcases in the driveway of the residence on 12-20-2020 at approximately 1:00 p.m.   A blue late model station wagon, driven by a white male in his 40’s, was seen pulling out of the driveway of the residence soon after.  Devante is described as a black male 5’09” tall weighing about 140 pounds.  There is no clothing description for Devante available.  Devante is believed to be attempting to return to family in Belleville, IL.   If you have seen Devante or know of his current whereabouts, please contact the department at 618 457-3200. Runaway-Agnew.jpg
