[ARCHIVED] Burglary Investigation

On 07-10-2020 at approximately 9:55 p.m. officers of the City of Carbondale Police Department responded to Rural King (1702 West Main Street), in reference to an alarm. Officers learned an unknown suspect(s) entered the business and attempted to steal property. The suspects caused damage to the business while inside. Anyone with information about the incident is encouraged to contact the police department at 618-457-3200. The investigation into this incident is active and ongoing.
