[ARCHIVED] Aggravated Unlawful Use of Weapons

On 05-06-19 at approximately 11:43 a.m., officers with the City of Carbondale Police Department responded to the 400 block of Robert A. Stalls Avenue in reference to shots fired.  The investigation revealed suspects fired shots in this area and no one was injured.  Officers located and arrested Quinn Payne-Brandon in the area. Quinn-Payne is charged with Aggravated Unlawful Use of Weapons and incarcerated in the Jackson County Jail.   The investigation is currently active and ongoing.
