[ARCHIVED] Unlawful Use of Credit Card Investigation

The City of Carbondale Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in an unlawful use of a credit card investigation at multiple Carbondale and regional businesses. The suspect, pictured below, unlawfully used the credit card of the victim to purchase merchandise. The suspect used the victim’s credit card at Papa John’s and at Pinch Penny Liquors in Carbondale, IL. These fraudulent purchases occurred between 07/30/18 and 8/10/2018.  Anyone who can identify the suspect or anyone with information about the incident is encouraged to contact the police department at 618-457-3200 or Crime Stoppers at 618-549-COPS. The investigation into the incident is continuing.
